There's no doubt that Muhammad Ali was one of the greatest athletes of all time, but the boxing icon was arguably even deadlier on the mic than he was in the ring. Ali had a gift for language, using it to make powerful statements of opposition, inspriation and, sometimes, even intimidation.
Here is what we believe is his the best speech he ever made to get himself, and reporters, hyped for a fight. Ali delivered it at a press conference in 1974, ahead of a fight against George Foreman, and it contains line after line of classic Ali-isms. "Imma show you, how great I am. Only last week, I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalised a brick. I'm so mean, I make medicine sick. Imma show you, how great I am," he boasts.
