American Horror Story: Roanoke finally pulled back the curtain during Wednesday night's episode, revealing the reality TV production behind My Roanoke Nightmare. While we didn't get the big reveal during the "unscripted" moment, we did hear a voice, likely a producer, pressing Lee (Adina Porter) for more information.

During the studio interview, Lee freaked out and demanded that the cameras be turned off. While that's pretty normal behavior from someone who's retelling traumatic events, AHS took things one step further, panning the camera back to reveal the production crew. Unfortunately, we didn't get a glimpse of the producer who was interviewing Lee, but it sounded a lot like American Horror Story alum Cheyenne Jackson. (Although some people on the internet are convinced it was Evan Peters — but that's just wishful thinking.)

Keeping in mind that Ryan Murphy has been teasing a game-changing twist still to come in Episode 6, we're guessing this won't be the last we see of the men behind the cameras. Interestingly enough, Jackson posted a photo from the set of Roanoke on Wednesday. It looks like he and Kathy Bates — who was revealed to be playing a scorned woman known as The Butcher in last night's episode — are filming together.

If Jackson is the producer calling the shots, and he's filming with Bates's character, then the second half of the season could possibly focus on the production side of things.

One popular theory suggests that the "actors" portraying Shelby (Sarah Paulson), Matt (Cuba Gooding Jr.), and Lee (Angela Bassett) in the dramatic reenactments are filming on location at the Murder House. It's possible that when the cameras stop rolling, the actors themselves — and the crew — could start to be haunted by the Roanoke spirits.

Either way, consider our interest officially piqued.
