Boy Meets World's Cory (Ben Savage) and Topanga (Danielle Fishel) were meant to be together forever, no matter what -- as we know, they're now married with two kids on Girl Meets World. The childhood sweethearts had their ups and downs over the course of BMW's seven seasons, but they always managed to work things out — except for one dark Season 5 episode.

"Heartbreak Cory" introduced fans to the impossible: Cory cheating on Topanga. While on a ski trip, Cory kissed Lauren (Linda Cardellini), an employee at Mount Sun Lodge where he and his friends were staying. Well, technically, Lauren kissed him, but to the high school love birds, it was still cheating.

Riddled with guilt, Cory eventually told Topanga about the kiss on a later episode, and she broke up with him. (Linda's little love letter to Cory didn't help things, either.)

Basically, Mount Sun Lodge is a symbol of lies and bad choices, which is why people have been freaking out since Savage uploaded a pic of the location to Twitter on Wednesday (May 26).

Needless to say, fans are not so down for Lauren's return, but it would be fun to see Cardellini on the spin-off series -- although nothing official has been shared by Disney about her potential comeback.

Of course, Season 2 of GMW ended with the still-unresolved love triangle between Riley (Rowan Blanchard), Maya (Sabrina Carpenter), and Lucas (Peyton Meyer), so maybe Mount Sun Lodge will give Lucas the push he needs to make a choice. The Rucas and Lucaya ’shippers demand a decision.

After the recent reveal of GMW's new opening credits, which directly mirror those of BMW, history may be repeating itself at the ski resort.

Season 3 of Girl Meets World premieres on Disney Channel June 3.
