Lady Gaga Is A Bona Fide Country Queen In Her Live ‘Million Reasons’ Video

See her perform the ballad for the first time

Let it be known that Lady Gaga has a new name.

The singer kicked off her Dive Bar tour in Nashville last Thursday (October 6), and the intimate gig was streamed for fans on Facebook. But in case you missed it, Mother Monster has generously released the official live video for “Million Reasons.”

This is the first time we’ve gotten to hear the new single performed live, and it finds her telling the crowd, “My name is Lady Gaga. Tonight, if you could just call me Joanne.” Dressed in a fab country ensemble — complete with a pink cowboy hat, cutoffs, and a blindingly sparkly jacket — she delivers a commanding performance of the ballad alongside cowriter Hillary Lindsey. Oh, and there are also plenty of shots of audience members drinking Bud Light, because this is a sponsored tour, remember?

“Million Reasons” follows “Perfect Illusion” as the newest single from Gaga’s Joanne’s fifth album, Joanne, which arrives October 21.
