Bella Hadid has been living with Lyme disease for years, and raising awareness for the illness is hugely important to her — and her family, too.

Her mom, Yolanda Hadid, who also suffers from Lyme disease, and dad, Mohamed Hadid, stepped out to support their youngest daughter at the Global Lyme Alliance’s gala on October 14, where Bella was honored for her activism efforts.

Sister Gigi couldn’t make it — duty calls, and the It girl is currently touring to promote her collaboration with Tommy Hilfiger overseas — but she shared her pride on Instagram with a sweet post.

It’s the thought that counts, and clearly Gigi — and the whole Hadid clan — are bursting with pride for Bella.

(Her boyfriend, The Weeknd, wasn’t there, and neither was her brother, Anwar, but we’re sure they’re just as excited for her as the rest of her loved ones.)
