Whole Foods is giving out thousands of dollars in gift cards -- Here's how to get yours

One of the best things about summer is the way that the days all seem to blend into one, with routines and structures seeming more lax and fluid.

Whether you're still working a 9-to-5 in the warmer months or have the summer off, it's easy to fall off track as soon as the sun comes out and the temps hit 75 degrees.

When it comes to diet plans and eating schedules, summer can feel like a free-for-all -- and getting back on an organized eating plan once Fall comes can be a bit of a struggle.

Whole Foods is here to help make it easier for consumers nationwide by hosting in-store 'Level Up Your Lunch' events this Saturday, August 24 across the country.

The first 200 shoppers in eight store locations will score a limited-edition Whole Foods Market bento box.

Each box, which was designed in collaboration with local Austin artist Will Bryant, will come stocked with a $10 gift card and a recipe card containing hacks for making easy, healthy lunches.

Whole Foods Market culinary expert Allison Thomas explained:

“We know fall is a time for kick-starting structured routines and, with more than 10.4 million posts tagging #MealPrep on Instagram, advanced planning and thoughtful preparation are top of mind for consumers across the country."

The pre-portioned, organized design of each bento box is an easy way to plan a meal without having to put much thought into what goes where.

Here are the eight locations where the boxes will be given out:

Shoppers can line up between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. local time to try and score one of the lunchboxes.

Those that aren't ale to participate in person will have an additional change to win the bento box by tuning in to Whole Foods Market's Instagram account on Monday, August 26 where an announcement including sweepstakes rules and details will be made.
