He’s proven that many times with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani. However, this time he showered another special woman with love – a hospice patient named Elda Dotson.

The elderly woman, who resides in Kansas City, Missouri, just marked her 70th birthday. She was given the opportunity to celebrate her birthday from the front row of Blake’s March 18 concert in Omaha, Nebraska, as part of the hospice care’s “Gift of a Day” program.

When the time came, Elda arrived at the show all decked out in Blake-themed concert apparel. She also had with her a sign reading, “It’s my 70th birthday. I wish for a kiss from Blake Shelton.” Luckily for her, the 40-year-old crooner noticed the sign and jumped off the stage during his rendition of George Strait’s “All My Ex’s Live In Texas.”

Elda waited eagerly, while Blake made his way toward her. Once he got close enough, she pulled him in and planted a peck on his cheek! How sweet! We couldn’t be happier to see that the special birthday girl got her wish. And, we bet Blake was pretty flattered!

Blake’s Omaha show was the last stop on his 13-date Doing It To Country Songs Tour. Watch the video above to see Elda’s dream come true!
