Maybe I am dating myself a little here, but do you remember watching Cindy Crawford on MTV's House of Style? She hosted this show during the height of the supermodel era back in the 1990s and later was followed by hosts such as Rebecca Romijn and Mollie Sims.
All the old episodes we loved from House of Style are coming online—and if this isn't further proof that we are all kind of obsessed with everything 1990s related, I don't know what is.
I wonder if models today are feeling a little annoyed by the resurgence of Cindy, Kate, Naomi, and Christy (they don't need last names, obviously!). Kate is everywhere, modeling for Stuart Weitzman and Playboy; Naomi just opened the Versace show at Paris Couture, and Christy Turlington is appearing in ads again for Calvin Klein, Jason Wu, and Prada.
If you're feeling a little nostalgic all of a sudden, I don't blame you! The new incarnation of House of Style with Karlie Kloss and Joan Smalls is fun but nothing like the original!
