Nicky Hilton and James Rothschild are getting the royal wedding treatment.

The hotel heiress and her fiancé will tie the knot at Kensington Palace in London, the home of Prince William and Princess Kate, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

“She absolutely can’t wait for the day. It’s going to be beautiful,” says a friend.

The Orangery, located in Kensington Gardens, is a popular venue for civil weddings, according to its website. The area is next door to the duke and duchess’s palace home. The garden space was originally built in 1704 for Queen Anne to winter her orange trees.

The couple, who have been dating since 2011, got engaged back in August during a romantic boating outing on Lake Como in Italy. The England-based Rothschild, a banker, proposed to Hilton, 31, after making a secret trip to the States to ask her parents for her hand in marriage.

“They are both very happy,” Hilton’s rep said at the time.

And Paris Hilton is totally onboard for whatever style her baby sis selects for her bridal party.

“It’s her day so whatever she wants me to wear, I will,” Paris, 34, told PEOPLE in October. “But I know that Nicky has impeccable taste so the bridesmaid dresses are going to be beautiful.” She also said she started crying when she heard the big news.
