Donald Trump held his last rally before the New Hampshire primary at the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. Temperatures dipped below 20 degrees, the snow was fierce, and a wall of protesters lined up in front of the arena with signs saying "Trump hate." But it didn't stop fans from coming out to support the controversial presidential candidate, who has drawn criticism for, among other things, his comments about women. Trump went on to win the primary the next day. We talked to women heading into the arena to find out how he won them over.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I think it's great that people care about the country again! He seems to really love this country. Even before he was running for election, he often spoke very highly of the country. I like that. Somebody that believes in this country instead of badmouthing it, saying how awful and evil we are. We're not perfect! No country's perfect. But we try.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America?I think he's going to try to make jobs. And I think jobs for anybody is good.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I think we're at the precipice of a global collapse and he's the guy to deal with it, to come in and help.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America? He'll be able to help the women by fixing the economy. I think he's great for women.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I'm just here to hear what he has to say. I haven't made up my mind yet, which is really sad because the primary is tomorrow! But I just wanted to hear what he has to say. I've been trying to go to different rallies.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America? Not much probably! I'm just coming here to see.

Christina and Jimmy Lauzon

Teachers, 27

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?

Christina: My husband's been watching a lot on him and said I should come listen to what he has to say. I'm just here to learn a little more. I'm undecided right now.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America?

Jimmy: What does he need to do? I just think that … I know that Hillary is making a major push for that. I don't know … this is going to sound extremely sexist … but I don't know if things are as unequal as people make them seem. I think we're all in the same boat.

Christina: Yeah, I agree.

Jimmy: She's a school teacher and so am I, and we make the same. It's equal pay so it doesn't matter what sex you are for us, anyways.

Christina: Yeah, in our life and what I see, and what I feel in everyday life, I don't think it's unequal. I feel like there are bigger issues right now.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I'm still determining. I'm undecided. I like the fact that Trump's not a politician originally and he's a businessman. I think he'll be out for the business people.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America?I think he'll support us. I'm for life, so I'm not for stuff like that, so, I'm very totally against that. So, I'm hoping that he fights against Planned Parenthood. I don't think that means that you're not for women though.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I just love the guy. I think he's so different from the rest. I love the way he speaks out. I love the way he just wants everything right, you know? He's different. He's just what we need, I think. He's not a politician. I agree with what he says about putting up a wall between the United States and Mexico and all that stuff. I totally agree with that. I think we need to stop letting everyone in for a while because of all the disasters we're having. And I just totally agree with everything he's saying. I just think he's right on top.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America?I think it's not just women. I think he's here for everyone in general. Not just women but everybody, you know? I think he'll do good for men and women. I just think he's going to be good for all.

Why did you come out to support Trump tonight?I want him to make money for us. You're probably not going to like it for Cosmo but I don't care what he thinks of my waistline. I just want him to make us money. You know what? If you don't make it, you can't spend it. Actually I was undecided until yesterday. I was watching the debate at work and listening to everybody, and I'm like I better make a decision quick because we're voting on Tuesday. So, here I am.

If he's elected, what do you think Trump will do for the women of America? The women of America? I'm not sure. I don't know if that's my priority. I want him to make money. I want to make money. So, hopefully he can make me money and I care about my stocks, which have lost money, about ten grand. I hope he gets maybe some etiquette classes and then makes some good deals with China. And employs more women. I want him to employ more women.
